Chinese Truffles

There are 3 types of Chinese truffles to be careful when choosing:

1. Tuber Sinensis looks like a black truffle. And mass production in China It is much cheaper. But the taste and smell of Europe cannot be matched.

2. Tuber Himalayansis is extremely black truffle-like. Smells and tastes better than Tuber Sinensis, but less productive. 3. Tuber Ramiayyadis looks like an expensive Italian white truffle. But has a different smell and taste There is a lot of cultivation of truffle. The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) comes from almost all of Europe. The white truffles (Tuber Magnatum) are wonderful. It comes from the Piedmont area, which is in northern Italy.
